Lesley Demetriades, owner of Marble Step Productions, has been an active producer in Los Angeles for the past ten years with narrative films, reality television and documentaries under her professional belt. With an interest in projects that change perceptions, Demetriades produces films that address issues in our society today, as well as projects that offer substantial roles for women.

Marble Step Productions is currently in postproduction on February 1, 1983, a documentary about a woman's search for her birth mother and in preproduction on a feature length dark comedy narrative titled Women… and Sometimes Men, which explores the definition and boundaries of relationships and marriage in current times. Demetriades also owns SOLD Entertainment with business partner and fellow producer, Shannon Connor. SOLD Entertainment is a full service development/pitch production company for reality and docu-reality series.
